Warrigal Greens are a native spinach that have a complex flavour and pickling introduces salty and sour notes to the flavour profile.
Use it in Pasta Putenesca instead of capers; or with smoked salmon; or anywhere you use a pickle!
Due to popular demand we have currently sold out of our stocks of Pickled Warrigal Greens. But don’t despair!!
Our Warrigal Greens are due to be harvested, so we should have more stock by the end of January 2024.
