Wilde Dukkah

Our Dukkah is from Australian native foods – Tasmanian Pepperberry, Wattleseed, Macadamia, Australian Lake Salt, and Bush Tomato.

Use it the traditional way on flat bread dipped in olive oil (or macadamia oil) or our other favourites are: as a crust on salmon, incorporated in batter, or sprinkled on chips and wedges.

Adds flavour to breadcrumb mixtures, roasted vegies, salads, or smashed avocado!
