The Cajun flavour of Bush Tomato blends well with Tasmanian Pepperberry leaf (which tastes like black pepper, but slightly sweet with a hot kick), nutty tones of Wattleseed, and caramel flavour of Bush Tomato, with Australian Lake Salt.
Use it on meats, as a sprinkle on wedges, or smashed avocado!
