Pickled Warrigal Greens & Macadamia Nut Pesto

Warrigal Greens have a complex flavour and pickling introduces salty and sour notes to the flavour profile.  Macadamia nuts have a rich, sweet, buttery flavour which pairs well with the Pickled Warrigal Greens.

Try it on its own as a dip with crackers; on a cheese platter; or why not use it as a pasta sauce?

Due to popular demand we have currently sold out of our stocks of Pickled Warrigal Greens and Macadamia Nut Pesto.

But don’t despair!!

Our Warrigal Greens are due to be harvested, so we should have more stock of pesto by the end of January 2024.
